Remote Support

Same “Midwest-Nice” service with no need for either of us to get dressed up for help.

Unplowed county roads, just-cleaned-and-listed abodes, and those distant ZIP codes…they will no longer keep us apart.

Remote Support allows me to remote into your computer and perform most software installations, maintenance, and other troubleshooting with a minimum of fuss. Still some fuss, but like, a smaller amount.

With Remote Support I can:

  • Fix email issues,
  • Install Windows Updates and perform routine maintenance,
  • Rollback those same Windows Updates when something breaks,
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Office problems,
  • Adjust browser settings,
  • See errors/issues occur in real-time,
  • And much, much more!

Benefits of Remote Support:

  • Reduced labor charges: I save money so you do, too. After two hours of remote support you keep saving 20% for every hour of Remote Support labor and 10% on On-Site labor. That’s like stealing money from…hey, waitaminute…
  • Easier scheduling: I can remote into your machine from anywhere. I can remote in when you are on a beach in Bermuda and I am on the snowdrifts in Sun Prairie.
  • Secure: I use the latest desktop support software to help you. Don’t take my word for it though: I encourage you to research and learn about my provider, Splashtop, if you so choose.
  • Fully-Featured: I can perform almost every aspect of support as if I was sitting at your computer.
  • Easy install: To obtain support, contact me through the normal channels, we schedule the time, and I walk you through the rest!

Costs:

  • $50/year plus applicable taxes covers the subscription fee for the service.
  • Labor for remote support is discounted 20% to $100/hour. After only two hours of remote support you save money! On-site labor is discounted 10% to save you even more!
